La gestión del cuidado y asistencia de enfermería al paciente y sus familiares, en el perioperatorio, se debe realizar en el sentido de minimizar los riesgos y las posibles complicaciones relacionadas a procedimientos anestésico- quirúrgicos y la hospitalización. En este sentido, la práctica profesional de enfermería en el perioperatorio exige una evaluación cuidadosa y continua en las necesidades presentadas por el paciente. Objetivo. Determinar la gestión del cuidado de enfermería durante el perioperatorio de pacientes pediátricos en un hospital de tercer nivel la atención través de la opinión del familiar del Hospital del niño Morelense.
