| dc.description | El presente texto analiza los procesos de autogestión de las comunidades de regantes del módulo del Alto Apatlaco, en el estado de Morelos, México, dentro del contexto de diferentes modelos gubernamentales impuestos a lo largo del tiempo. A través de un análisis histórico y una revisión detallada de tres modelos de gestión gubernamental, se demuestra la persistencia y adaptación de los procesos autogestivos en estas comunidades. Se destaca que, si bien la organización comunitaria ha experimentado ajustes y adecuaciones en respuesta a los nuevos marcos gubernamentales, se mantienen porque han logrado articularse como entidades anidadas a las estructuras creadas por el Estado. Entonces se coloca de manifiesto la capacidad de las comunidades de regantes para mantener su autogestión a lo largo del tiempo, adaptándose a las dinámicas gubernamentales y preservando al ejido como forma de organización básica. | es_MX |
| dc.description | This text analyzes the self-management processes of the irrigation communities of the Alto Apatlaco module, in the state of Morelos, Mexico, within the different governmental models imposed over time. The historical analysis and the detailed review of three governmental management models demonstrate the persistence and adaptation of self-management processes in these communities. Although the community organization has undergone adjustments and adaptations in response to the new governmental frameworks, they are maintained because they have managed to articulate themselves as entities nested within the structures created by the State. This shows the capacity of the irrigation communities to maintain their self-management over time, adapting to governmental dynamics and preserving the ejido as a basic form of organization. | es_MX |
