| dc.description | La presente se organiza en cinco capítulos siendo el primero el Marco teórico Conceptual donde se expresa la información pertinente a la normatividad de la certificación Marcado CE, así como la trayectoria legal que ha surtido efecto en esta normatividad desde su origen. Posteriormente, en el capítulo dos se encontrará el prontuario para la obtención del Marcado CE, específicamente para el equipo de adquisición y medición de resistividades que pretende comercializar la empresa DIPROCAT. En el capítulo III se detallan las herramientas y estrategias implementadas en la investigación. Por último en el capítulo cuatro se incluye el análisis de rentabilidad económica, los resultados obtenidos a través de las herramientas empleadas, así como las recomendaciones pertinentes para el logro de los objetivos. Siendo estos últimos expresados al principio de la presente tesis, así como una breve introducción del trabajo expuesto. Se incluyen también las conclusiones que se arrojan después de un trabajo de investigación, análisis de la situación y análisis costo-beneficio. | dc.description | ABSTRACT The present thesis raises the strategy for obtaining the CE Marking (European Conformity), on an equipment of acquisition and measurement of resistance, as well as the feasibility of obtaining it for the company DIPROCAT S.A DE C.V. Headquarters in the state of Morelos. The research for this work was carried out through bibliographic consultation of European regulations, interviews with experts in the city of New York, in the United States, as well as with the application of the knowledge acquired in the Master in Marketing of Innovative Knowledge. The work is organized into five chapters, the first being the Conceptual Theoretical Framework where the information relevant to the CE Marking certification regulations is expressed, as well as the legal path that has taken effect in this regulation from its origin. Subsequently, in chapter two you will find the file to obtain the CE Marking, specifically for the resistivity acquisition and measurement equipment that DIPROCAT intends to market. Chapter III details the tools and strategies implemented in the research. Finally, chapter four includes the economic profitability analysis, the results obtained through the tools used, as well as the pertinent recommendations for the achievement of the objectives. These last ones being expressed at the beginning of the present thesis, as well as a brief introduction of the exposed work. It also includes the conclusions that are thrown after a work of investigation, analysis of the situation and cost-benefit analysis.
