Factores que influyen el cuidado humanizado de enfermería: teoría de Jean Watson

El cuidado es centro de interés de la enfermería, factores laborales y prácticos han contribuido a que se preste un cuidado rutinario y deshumanizado. Watson, en su Teoría del cuidado Transpersonal, describe el cuidado humanizado como la relación exclusiva de cuidado humano y la unión con la otra persona. Los comportamientos de cuidado influyen en el acto de cuidado, intervienen sobre la manera cómo las enfermeras realizan el cuidado y cómo responde el paciente ante el mismo.

Care is the center of interest in nursing; work and practical factors have contributed to routine and dehumanized care being provided. Watson, in his Theory of Transpersonal Care, describes humanized care as the exclusive human caring relationship and union with the other person. Caring behaviors influence the act of care, they intervene in the way nurses perform care and how the patient responds to it.
