Vivienda; habilidad y pobreza: una contradicción entre el imaginario social y la ideología

En el paradigma del problema de la vivienda que las familias de escasos recursos tienen en nuestro país, es de vital importancia, encontrar las posibles respuestas a su imaginario, reivindicando su ubicación en el contexto económico y social, reconociéndole su dignidad al enfrentarse al problema, con toda una estructura ideológica que pretende no verlos, e inclusive, sólo los observa como masa consumidora, en un concepto utilitario que lejos esta de buscarles opciones reales de soluciones a su hábitat. Esta investigación pretende dar con ese camino viable, a través de un análisis objetivo de su situación dentro del ámbito social, conjuntando una propuesta de reivindicación y rescate de la arquitectura alternativa, en particular, la arquitectura de tierra, como esa opción, sustentable, pero sobre todo apropiada y apropiable, que les garantiza mejorar su hábitat en un tiempo razonable, para que la familia disfrute de una mejor calidad de vida. Para lograr los resultados esperados, y tener un orden satisfactorio con rigor científico, se utilizó el método aristotélico-cartesiano, contemplando una relación estrecha entre la teoría y la práctica a partir de la información, el análisis y la propuesta. Los resultados obtenidos se podrían resumir en dos fundamentalmente; cambiar el paradigma de cómo “ver y atender” a la pobreza y su habitabilidad, y en segundo lugar, establecer las bases, claras y específicas de que la arquitectura alternativa es una opción viable y sustentable en el estado de Sonora. Así mismo, es importante concluir, que dado que el tema es sumamente complejo y por lo tanto multifactorial, será necesario dejar abiertas las estrategias para afrontar en su desarrollo futuro el problema de la vivienda en su dinámica de manifestaciones.

In the paradigm of the housing problem that resource-poor households have in our country, it is of vital importance, find the answers to his imaginary, vindicating their location in the economic and social context, recognizing its dignity in the face of the problem, with a whole ideological structure that seeks to not seeing you, and even, only the notes as mass consumers, in a utilitarian concept which is far from exploring real options for solutions to their habitat. This research aims to find out that viable path, with an objective analysis of the situation within the social sphere, by putting together a proposal for vindication and rescue of the alternative architecture, in particular, the architecture of earth, as that option, sustainable, but especially appropriate and appropriable, which guarantees them improve their habitat in a reasonable time, for which the family can enjoy a better quality of life. In order to obtain the waited for results, and to have a satisfactory order with scientific rigor, the method was used aristotelian-cartesian, contemplating a close relationship between the theory and the practice from the information, the analysis and the proposal. The obtained results could be summarized fundamentally in two; to change the paradigm of how “seeing and taking care of” the poverty and its habitability, and secondly, to establish the bases, clear and specific that the alternative architecture is a viable and sustainable option in the state of Sonora.
