| dc.description | La Arquitectura mexicana se desarrolló por periodos basados en acontecimientos históricos, políticos, estilos artísticos, urbanismo, arte, y diseño entre otros; al observar las edificaciones de Cuernavaca, se pueden identificar épocas representativas de la historia de México durante diferentes siglos, no es sino a principios del siglo XX que el diseño y la construcción de obras arquitectónicas dentro del territorio fueron trascendentales para el arte, representado en los murales que años más tarde se plasmaron sobre ellas. El muralismo ha existido desde la aparición del hombre, en él se cuenta la historia –que no debe olvidarse-, la vida diaria, la lucha, las ambiciones de un pueblo, su cultura, su civilización, su desarrollo; es por ello que debe relatarse de manera enfática y responsable para que continúe trascendiendo a través de la historia de México. El muralismo ha encontrado en muros, techos y bóvedas su cobijo, en muros de cavernas o en “lienzos” que los edificios prestan para su concepción y es que no podría ser de otra manera, porque los murales no se pintan en papel, el agua o el cielo; el muralismo se pinta en la solides palpable de un edificio arquitectónico. La arquitectura y el muralismo están ligados para la eternidad, quedan para la posteridad, permanecen silenciosos pero no mudos. El muralismo a partir del siglo XX no hubiera existido, si no hubiera sido pintado sobre muros y techos de edificios públicos arquitectónicos, siendo el complemento perfecto para la representación de esta corriente artística mexicana que traspasó fronteras, cumpliendo así el objetivo de mostrar al pueblo a través de esta expresión artística la historia de México. | es_MX |
| dc.description | Mexican Architecture developed for periods based on historical and political events, artistic styles, urban planning, art, and design among others; When observing the buildings of Cuernavaca, representative periods of the history of México can be identified during different centuries, it is not if not at the beginning of the 20th century that the design and construction of architectural works within the territory were transcendental for art, represented in the murals that years later were captured on them. Muralism has existed since the appearance of man, it tells the story –which should not be forgotten-, the daily life, the struggle, the ambitions of a people, its culture, its civilization, its development; That is why it must be told in an emphatic and responsible way so that it continues to transcend throughout the history of México. Muralism has found its shelter in walls, ceilings and vaults, in cave walls or in "canvases" that buildings provide for their conception and it could not be otherwise, because murals are not painted on paper, water or the sky; muralism is painted on the palpable solidity of an architectural building. Architecture and muralism are linked for eternity, they remain for posterity, they remain silent but not mute. Muralism from the 20th century would not have existed, if it had not been painted on the walls and ceilings of architectural public buildings, being the perfect complement for the representation of this Mexican artistic trend that crossed borders, thus fulfilling the objective of showing the people to through this artistic expression the history of Mexico. | es_MX |
