Análisis de la vinculación con el entorno de los egresados de los programas educativos: ingeniero en desarrollo rural e ingeniero hortícola como facilitadores del desarrollo rural

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de tesis muestra la importancia de la formación de los estudiantes por medio de los programas educativos que los integran a diferentes sectores de la sociedad, haciendo énfasis a una de las partes sustantivas del compromiso de todas las instituciones de educación superior; la vinculación universidad-sociedad, en este caso, se analizan datos aportados por los egresados de los programas educativos Ingeniero en Desarrollo Rural a través del Sistema de Integración al Medio Rural e Ingeniero Hortícola por medio del Sistema de Integración a Prácticas Profesionales para saber si cumplen las funciones como facilitadores del desarrollo rural, con relación a esto, se analizan los conceptos como son; desarrollo rural, educación, competencias, facilitador y vinculación, los egresados participantes de las carreras antes mencionadas fueron las generaciones 2008-2012, 2009-2013, 2010-2014 y 2011-2015, del plan de estudios 2008 de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, además, se visualiza lo que los egresados piensan del Plan de Estudios en relación a las actividades que realizan en el campo laboral en el que se encuentran inmersos, proporcionaron datos que permiten valorar y comparar el perfil de egreso de las licenciaturas con lo demandado por las instituciones y empresas de empleadores, Se concluye que el 80% cuenta con las competencias necesarias para desarrollarse en el campo laboral.

This dissertation work shows the importance of the training of the students through the different educative programs which integrate them to different sectors of the society, making emphasis on one of the principal objectives of higher education; the linkage between higher education and society. In this study case, data provided by graduated students from the Rural Development Engineering will be analyzed. These students belonged to the Integration to the Rural Environment System and the Horticulture Engineering and they were part of the Integration System to Professional Practice to find out if they comply with the functions as facilitators of rural development. In relation to this, concepts like: rural development, education, competencies, facilitator, and linkage. The graduated students who provided the data for this study case belonged to the following graduating classes: 2008-2012, 2009-2013, 2010-2014, 2011-2015 which were part of the 2008 study plan of the Agricultural and Livestock Science Faculty of the University of the State of Morelos, Mexico. In addition to the data analysis, the opinion of the graduated students about the study plan is also included in this thesis work. The main focus of their opinion has to do with the activities that they carry out in the working field in which they are immersed. The graduating profile from the University is compared with the needs of the employers. It was concluded that 80% of graduating students have the necessary competencies needed to meet the needs of the working field.
